Samsung Tegra Phone Confirmed In The Works
Apart from the Zune HD, the impressive Nvidia Tegra chip is confirmed to be headed for use on smartphones with the earliest release date scheduled for Q4 of 2009. True to this report, Samsung has just disclosed that they are indeed working on a Tegra-based phone albeit keeping mum on its other specs and features.
Likewise, since there’s very limited available info at the moment, we’re not exactly sure if they’ll actually be the first to release a Tegra-powered smartphone in the market this year, but as far as the record books are concerned, they are the first to officially admit it which is good enough in our books.
