Tweak Explorer to retouch your windows explorer
Tweak explorer is a tiny application to enhance or retouch your windows explorer.
Its features are :
Apply an elegant background to your folder.Show background picture to IE 6 toolbar. Show your picture as folder thumbnail. Re size and set the picture quality of thumbnail displayed on explorer.
Tweak is portable, and does not require any frame to run. Its disk size 2.5Mb.
